The Row offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox with the protective film intact on the soles.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Attach Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup, and retain your tracking receipt for reference until the refund is processed.
